The Royal Ascot hospitality village
The Royal Ascot Village is available as private chalets for 30 or more guests, or there is the choice of a table in one of the restaurants located in the Village. In the restaurant guests can be accommodated on exclusive tables of 10 or smaller groups on shared tables.

Trimdon Suites
These spacious private rooms will be available on three floors, sited between the one and two furlong marker. All floors will have balconies and there will be a private garden area at the front of the suites.
The Trimdon Suites can be booked for a group of 24 guests per day with our fully inclusive package, enabling you to savour the superb cuisine and first class service from Ascot Hospitality whilst you enjoy the racing action.

Royal Ascot hospitality Carriages Marquee
A purpose-built two-storey facility, Carriages Marquee will be an outstanding venue in which to entertain. The fully inclusive Carriages Marquee package is designed to cater for private tables of 10, or smaller groups on shared tables.

The Royal Ascot hospitality Ebor Restaurant
The whole of the fourth floor of the Ebor Stand is devoted to the Ebor Restaurant. Spectacular floor to ceiling windows and a balcony running the length of the stand offer you and your guests an unparalleled view of sporting action as it unfolds on the track. It also has the added attraction of a smaller terrace, which has a wonderful view of York Minster.

Instead of the traditional buffet service in this facility, guests at Royal Ascot will enjoy a four course silver service meal. The fully inclusive Ebor Restaurant package can be booked for groups of between 2 and 12 guests on private tables.

The Royal Ascot hospitality Dante suite
The Dante Suite has a large viewing area overlooking the racecourse, close to the Winning Post, with seating for guests to watch the racing in comfort. The fully inclusive Dante Suite package can be booked for groups of between 2 and 12 guests on private tables.

As this restaurant is within the area used by the Royal Enclosure, you and your guests will be required to adhere to the Royal Enclosure dress code.

Royal Ascot hospitality Private Boxes
The Private Boxes are spread over three stands at York Racecourse. Varying in size to cater for between 12 and 80 guests for seated dining, they are the premier facility for groups of clients, colleagues, family or friends.
